About Lemuriapop
A Local Earthwork Crew for the Coeur d’Alene Panhandle
Lemuriapop runs land excavation, grading, and site preparation for property owners and builders across Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the surrounding Kootenai County communities. We handle the full earthwork sequence, from land clearing and grubbing through foundation excavation, utility trenching, drainage, and the final compacted subgrade. One crew stays on the parcel from the first locate to the staked pad.
North Idaho ground is not uniform. A lot near Sherman Avenue in town behaves differently than sloped acreage above Hayden Lake or a sandy parcel out toward Rathdrum, where glacial till, clay pockets, and a shifting water table all change the plan. Reading that ground correctly is the difference between a pad that holds and one that settles, so we walk every site before we quote it.
What Sets Us Apart
- Every phase in order. We call 811, clear and grub, strip topsoil, cut and fill to grade, then dig footings and trenches, in that sequence.
- Grade control that holds. Laser and GPS machine guidance keeps cut and fill matched to your engineer’s grading plan.
- Stormwater handled. Silt fence, inlet protection, and positive drainage meet Kootenai County and NPDES rules.
- Local and licensed. We are a licensed, insured panhandle crew, and a real person answers when you call.
